Inquiries, quotes, and orders

• Adding a piece to your inquiry list does not reserve it. Stock is confirmed at the time we send you a quote.
• Quotes are valid for 72 hours unless we explicitly say otherwise.
• An order is considered placed when you confirm the quote in writing (WhatsApp message or email reply) and complete the agreed payment.

Pricing and currency

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Currency, market, and stone-availability fluctuations may affect repeat quotes for the same SKU.

Certification

Every certified piece is delivered with its original certificate. We guarantee that the stone matches its certificate at the time of dispatch.

Intellectual property

All site content — images, copy, layout, and brand marks — is the property of Raazél. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

Limitations

We provide the website on an “as is” basis and do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from website downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
