What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry: your name, phone number, and (optionally) your email and any details you choose to share in the message field. For Vedic recommendations, we also collect the birth details you submit.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry on WhatsApp or email
• To ship orders to the address you confirm with us
• To keep an internal record of conversations and quotes

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
• We do not send unsolicited marketing — any updates we share are at the frequency you agree to.
• We do not store your payment details (we do not currently process payments online).

Analytics

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies. You can disable them via your browser settings or by using your region’s do-not-track features.
