Certified stones and bespoke jewellery are handled with extra care; our return policy is built around that reality and is friendlier than the standard industry norm.

7-day inspection window

• You have 7 calendar days from delivery to inspect the piece against its certificate.
• If the stone or piece does not match the certificate or our description, we accept the return and refund in full.

Custom jewellery

Custom commissions are non-returnable once production begins. We confirm every spec with you on WhatsApp before we cut, set, or finish a piece.

How to initiate

Message us on WhatsApp within the inspection window. We’ll arrange an insured reverse pickup at no cost to you.
